Housing in Bulgaria rose in price by 15% in a year.

In the first quarter of 2025, housing prices in Bulgaria rose by 15.1% compared to the first quarter of 2024, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics (NIS).

Compared to the previous quarter (the fourth quarter of 2024), housing in the country rose in price by 4.2%.
