As an alternative to financing the purchase of a property in Bulgaria, we offer mortgage lending programms for citizens from various major Bulgarian banks.

The general terms of lending: loan term up to 25 years with an interest rate of about 3-6% in euros and Bulgarian levs to foreigners with permanent income abroad with a regular repayment amount of no more than 30% of the borrower’s net income.

A mortgage in Bulgaria is secured by the property. Its maximum amount is set by valuation of the property by a licensed specialist and is 70% – 75% of its market value.

The property, the purchase of which is financed by a mortgage loan, must be at the stage of commissioning and be insured.
