Housing prices in Bulgaria rose by 15.4% over the year

Housing prices in the country rose by 3.8% in the third quarter of 2025 compared to the second quarter of the year. The highest growth was recorded in Stara Zagora (+7.2%), followed by Sofia (+5.3%) and Varna (+5.2%). A decline in prices was recorded in Plovdiv (-0.1%).

In the third quarter of 2025, housing prices in the country rose by 15.4% compared to the third quarter of 2024, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics.
