Conditions for organizing a free tour to Bulgaria
Our company compensates its buyers for the costs associated with travelling to Bulgaria to purchase a property.
When buying a property for more than 90,000 euros, we reimburse: round-trip air tickets for one person, transfer to and from the hotel, hotel accommodation for two people, expenses for a sightseeing tour of selected properties. The buyer is reimbursed for the ticket and accommodation per transaction up to a maximum of 500 euros.
For property purchases from 25,000 to 50,000 euros, we will reimburse: round-trip tickets for one person, transfer to and from the hotel, three nights’ accommodation in a three-star hotel for two people, sightseeing trips to selected properties. The buyer will receive a refund for the ticket and accommodation per transaction up to a maximum of 300 euros.
When buying a property for less than 35,000 euros, we will reimburse: transfer to and from the hotel, expenses for a sightseeing tour of selected properties.
