Tour operators predict an increase in the number of tourists by 20-25% in the upcoming winter season. However, they specify that people who intend to visit our resorts are still waiting for a more stable weather forecast due to climate change.The industry also highlighted a successful summer season. Among the guests who visited our country, tourists from Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Great Britain and Germany prevail, said Ivan Groshev – chairman of the Association of Agencies Working with Foreign Tourists. “We expect good results in the next summer season as well, given the good indications of early bookings” – he complemented.
According to Ivan Groshev, tourists left with good impressions of their vacation in Bulgaria, but still need more information about the possibilities of providing additional services. “The clients left excellent feedback. A pleasant surprise for them was the fact that Bulgaria offers much more opportunities than purely sea or ski tourism” – added Ivan Groshev.
